Public transport authorities face numerous complex and sometimes contradictory challenges, including ecological transition, safety, economic and social development, and evolving passenger expectations.

As a trusted mobility partner, Keolis collaborates closely with local authorities to design, develop and operate efficient, tailored, sustainable and inclusive transport solutions.

The Group is committed to making shared and sustainable mobility a catalyst for community vitality. Working hand in hand with Public Transport Authorities (PTAs), Keolis leverages its expertise to deliver innovative, efficient and sustainable mobility solutions adapted to local needs.

From trains, trams, buses and metro systems to on-demand transport, mobility services for people with reduced mobility and autonomous shuttles, Keolis adopts a multimodal approach by combining different transport modes to provide seamless and accessible mobility every day.

Recognizing that successful mobility must also be economically viable, Keolis continuously works to optimize costs, improve performance and maximize revenue opportunities for the communities it serves.

Passengers

Enabling people to travel quickly, easily and reliably while facilitating access to essential services and activities is at the heart of Keolis’ mission.

Every day, the Group strives to deliver a pleasant, stress-free and attractive passenger experience. Strong commitments to personalization, simplicity, flexibility, comfort, safety, environmental responsibility, health, inclusiveness, service quality and customer relations are brought to life by dedicated employees who remain attentive to passenger needs.

As a global leader in shared mobility, Keolis leverages its expertise in transport networks to offer tailored travel solutions. From traditional public transport and soft mobility services to carpooling and on-demand transport, the Group delivers multimodal mobility solutions that allow passengers to travel according to their individual needs with greater freedom and flexibility.

Keolis continuously innovates to provide reliable services available seven days a week, reduce waiting times and improve overall travel experiences.

The Group also harnesses data and digital technologies to enhance the performance, reliability and comfort of transport services. GPS data helps improve understanding of passenger flows and mobility patterns, while onboard sensors support predictive maintenance by anticipating technical issues before they occur.

Artificial intelligence is also being explored in certain operations to better anticipate passenger demand, improve service planning and optimize network efficiency under changing conditions.
